Five years ago, I inherited two heritages from my grandma, one is a tangible Poddle nicknamed Max, the other is the intangible leather craftsmanship. I carved on a whim a portrait of Max with the exquisite leather carving skills, turned it into a phone charm and kept it by my side all the time. The combination made not only a piece of art, but also a unique memorial. It gave me comfort and warmth, reminding me of good old days.

The pet dog Max has been a member of my family for more than ten years. I posted photos and videos of him on the local social media once in a while just for fun. One day, one of my subscribers asked me to make a purse carved with the feature of his pet dog. It was inspiring and the idea came to me to carve the images of pets as a theme.

Then I founded Petsmemor Crafts leather carving studio, gathered a team of artists and kept diving into leather carved pet products cherished by customers globally. It has been rewarding for me to share art and enthusiasm and I am keen to warm the hearts of more people with my handiwork.
