Non-Refundable Items List
All sales of custom or personalized products are final and may not be returned.
If you purchased a personalized or customized product online and you would like to inquire about any inaccuracies, defects, or damage caused during shipping of the product, please contact our Customer Service team.
Acceptable Item Conditions

Refund options

Timeline

Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, or a new item will be sent to you, within a certain amount of days.
Refund and Shipping Charges
All refunds are processed by a third-party payment service provider and are issued in USD. Customers are responsible for any handling/processing fee or any difference in exchange rate between the date of original purchase and refund.
Customer are responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are returning expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
