- Material: High-quality top-grain leather, vegetable-tanned leather, imported from Italy or Japan.
- Cricle Size: 2.6 – 2.9 inches in diameter.
- Edge Color: 6 colors are available for choice. Customers can specify a color or just leave it to the experts (recommended).
- Pet Color: Based on the photograph. The artisans will try their best totrac the original color.

Order Process
- Order placement. Customers need to upload at least one HD photo showing the pet portrait, and specify a color scheme for the edge. Expedition service are optional.
- Details communication. Our service team will get in touch with you to confirm your requirements. A designing scheme will be sent to you if necessary.
- Crafting. The process to make a leather craft includes designing, outlining, engraving, coloring, trimming, stitching, edge oiling, polishing and sealing.
- Delivery. The product will be well packaged before it is delivered. We cooperate with reliable carriers to ensure a good shipping service.
- Receipt confirmation. We will get in touch with you to confirm that you have received the package. It is appreciated if you can leave a comment on the product or write a review on Petsmemor.
Warm Tips
- This is a made-to-order and highly personalized product. It is not on our Refundable Items List. Refund, return or exchange is not accepted. However, we believe the unique and one-of-a-kind piece can meet your expectation.
- The time it takes to finish the artwork may not be so certain, pattern complexity and waiting list are main influencing factors. However, customers can pay extra to get a higher priority, lead time may be shortened to 15 – 30 days.
- There may be some color differences, color spots, shallow scratches, natural pleats and tiny scars due to he nature of the vegetable-tanned leather, and the texture of each piece is also different. These are not reasons for quality problems.
