- The time it takes to finish the artwork may not be so certain, pattern complexity and waiting list are main influencing factors. The lead time will be 2 – 3 months for current order.
- Since the bag is made by hand, the trimmings would not be as perfect as the those made with machines. But the handmade bag tends to be more durable.Â
- There may be some color spots, shallow scratches, natural crease and tiny scars due to the nature of the leather, the texture of each piece is also different. These are not reasons for quality problems.
- The color of vegetable-tanned leather tends to become darker over time. It is a natural process. The oils and dirt on the surface gradually seep into the fibers of the leather, making a more even and rich touch.
Product Care
To keep your Petsmemor product beautiful as the years pass, we recommend following these guildlines for its care:
- Beaware not to scratch or rub your product against abrasive surfaces, especially the leather trim.
- Keep your product away from damp or humid environments and avoid direct exposure to sunlight, keep your product away from any direct source of heat.
- Avoid contact with greasy substances, cosmetics, perfume, and hydroalcoholic solutions, as well as any material that may transfer their colored pigments onto the product.
- Keep your product away from water. Should it get wet or dirty on the surface, dry with a lint free, light-colored, absorbent cloth. Never use soap or solvent.
