Attributes
- Material: High-quality top-grain leather, vegetable-tanned leather, imported from Italy or Japan.
- Ellipse Size: The long axis is 3.7 – 3.9 inches.
- Edge Color: 5 colors are available for choice. Customers can specify a color or just leave it to the experts (recommended).
- Pet Color: Based on the photograph. The artisans will try their best to replicate the original color.
- Accessory: A key holder on default.
Order Process
- Order placement. Customers need to upload at least one HD photo showing the pet portrait, and specify a choice for the edge color. Leave a note to tell us the pet’s name, date of birth or any memorial date if you want to engrave that on the back of the charm. Expedition service are optional.
- Details communication. Our service team will get in touch with you to confirm your requirements. A designing scheme will be sent to you if necessary. Effective communication lays the foundation of your satisfaction.
- Crafting. The process to make a leather craft includes designing, outlining, engraving, coloring, trimming, stitching, edge oiling, polishing and sealing. It is a laborious and time-consuming process. The passion, love and craftsmanship of the artisans are the key to creating a masterpiece.
- Delivery. The product will be well packaged before it is delivered. We cooperate with reliable carriers to ensure a good shipping service. A tracking number will be sent to you so that you can track your package yourself. But shipping time is not guaranteed in consideration of factors beyond our control.
- Receipt confirmation. We will get in touch with you to confirm that you have received the package. It is appreciated if you can leave a comment on the product or write a review on Petsmemor.
Warm Tips
- This is a made-to-order and highly personalized product. It is not on our Refundable Items List. Refund, return or exchange is not accepted. However, we believe the unique and one-of-a-kind piece can meet your expectation.
- The time it takes to finish the artwork may not be so certain, pattern complexity and waiting list are main influencing factors. However, customers can pay extra to get a higher priority, lead time may be shortened to 15 – 30 days.
- There may be some color differences, color spots, shallow scratches, natural pleats and tiny scars due to he nature of the vegetable-tanned leather, and the texture of each piece is also different. These are not reasons for quality problems.
